Associate Professor (HS)/Professor (HS) Department of Restorative Dentistry State University of New York at Buffalo
The Department of Restorative Dentistry is currently seeking applications for a full-time, 12-month faculty position (tenure track) at the associate professor (HS) or professor (HS) level. Responsibilities include: develop and implement a small practice clinic model in the pre-doctoral curriculum, develop and implement a practice management system to increase time utilization and clinic revenue, serve as associate chair of Restorative Dentistry, and assist the chair and associate dean of clinics with the restructuring and implementation of the restorative curriculum.
In addition, didactic and clinical teaching at the pre-doctoral and postdoctoral levels is desirable in the areas of Esthetic and Preventive Dentistry, Biomaterials and/or Health Services.
Requirements: 1) DDS or DMD or equivalent degree, 2) completion of a formal advanced educational program in Education or Operative Dentistry (MS or PhD) and 3) experience in Preventive Dentistry and Cariology. Preference will be given to individuals with previous teaching experience, a strong background in clinic management and an outstanding record or achievement in independent clinical/laboratory research and scholarly activity.
Salary and rank are set commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and experience. An internal faculty practice opportunity is available for NYS-licensed individuals.

Indiana University School of Dentistry is searching for a full-time, tenure track faculty member at the associate professor/professor level in the Department of Restorative Dentistry, Division of Operative Dentistry. Responsibilities include both didactic and clinical teaching and direction of research at the post-doctoral level, as well as participation in didactic and clinical teaching at the pre-doctoral level. The opportunity for private practice is available.
Candidates should possess a DDS/DMD or equivalent degree, a Master's degree in Operative Dentistry and licensure or the ability to obtain licensure in the State of Indiana. Previous teaching, leadership and research experience are expected. Salary and rank will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.

The University of Texas Dental Branch at Houston seeks applicants for a full-time tenure or clinical educ-tor track position in the Department of Restorative Dentistry and Biomaterials at the Assistant or Associate Professor level. Applicants must have a DDS/DMD degree with prior teaching and/or private practice experience and be eligible for dental licensure in the State of Texas. Responsibilities include preclinical and clinical teaching to undergraduate dental students, research and service. Preference will be given to applicants with demonstrated interest/expertise/experience in dental anatomy, operative dentistry, esthetic dentistry and dental materials science.
