In Operative Dentistry, 34-1, 72–82, Effects of Carbamide Peroxide on Susceptibility to Staining of Tooth-colored Restorative Materials, Yu, Pan, Lin, Li, Hussain & Wang, the address of the third author (Yao Lin) should be “Xiamen Dental Hospital, Xiamen, China” not “Ziamen” as it appears.
In Operative Dentistry, 33-1, 72–78, Effect of Pre-heating Resin Composite on Restoration Microleakage, Wagner, Aksu, Neme, Linger, Pink & Walker, the name of the second author was misspelled. It should have been “Aksu” not Asku.
