IOWA – OPERATIVE DENTISTRY - DEO

The University of Iowa's College of Dentistry is conducting a search for the Department Executive Officer (DEO) for the Department of Operative Dentistry. This is a full-time tenure-track position. Available July 1, 2019. Must have: DDS/DMD degree or equivalent; completion of advanced education in degree-based graduate training program in Operative Dentistry, or related field, from CODA-accredited dental school; substantial record of scholarship, e.g. history of research funding and scholarly publications; evidence of current relevant teaching experience; and demonstrated experience working effectively in diverse environment. Desirable: relevant administrative experience; extensive clinical experience; and active research program w/demonstrated funding by NIH or equivalent agencies.
